Dear Hospitality Community,

Hello, and welcome!

It is with immense excitement that I welcome you to the launch of Perfect Serve India. After 19 years of working in hospitality across Australia, the UK, and India, I’m thrilled to bring this publication to life and share it with all of you – the heart and soul of our vibrant industry.

India’s food and beverage scene has always been rich with culture, flavour, and innovation. Now, more than ever, it's time to showcase the talent and creativity that fuel our bars, restaurants, cafés and hotels. Perfect Serve India was born from the desire to give a voice to the people behind the scenes – the bartenders, baristas, waiters, venue owners, and every professional whose passion brings liquid magic to life.

Through PSI, we’ll dive deep into the stories that make our industry what it is – exploring new trends, celebrating iconic serves, and highlighting the innovation that sets the Indian hospitality scene apart. I’m personally inspired by the craft and dedication I see every day, and it’s my mission to bring those stories to the forefront.

Whether you’re mixing up a Negroni, designing the perfect venue, or discovering new non-alcoholic serves, Perfect Serve India will be here to inform, inspire, and elevate your work. Together, we’ll create a platform where our industry can learn, grow, and continue to lead with creativity and inclusivity.
