While he might not look the part now, believe it or not, Patrick Tully was once a three-piece-suit wearing, cocktail shaking Melbourne bartender! But, after more than 10 years of hospitality excellence in Australia, having launched and managed some of the best cocktail bars, his knees firmly advised he should hang up the bar kit.

So, five years ago, he pivoted to software engineering, but his love for hospitality never waned. Now, as Technical Director at Perfect Serve India, Patrick combines his technical skills with his passion for drinks culture, overseeing the magazine’s digital growth while occasionally jumping in to write articles. His expertise bridges two worlds, making him an invaluable asset to the team. With a Diploma of Hotel Management from Sofitel and hands-on distillation experience from Archie Rose Sydney, Patrick mastered the art and business of the drinks industry and can now layer his web development knowledge to bring PSI to life in the digital sphere.
